Sixth version, exhibited at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, ca. 1893–99

Reports published in the 1890s by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, indicate that The Greek Slave was on loan there from at least 1893 to 1899 from Charles Fiske Bound (1847–1924), the son of John Fiske Bound.[1]
